GG Speech Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of GG Speech, a Chrome extension and related web services provided by Young Startup. By installing or using GG Speech, you agree to these terms.

Service

GG Speech provides live speech transcription, transcript history, and optional AI-generated outputs. Features, limits, supported languages, and plan availability may vary by plan and may change as the service improves.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity on your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account or purchasing a plan.

Paid plans and subscriptions

Paid plans are offered through Creem, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. Prices, billing intervals, trial terms, and plan limits are shown before checkout. Unless you cancel renewal through the available subscription-management flow, recurring plans may renew according to the plan selected. Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not automatically create a refund for a completed charge. Payment details are handled by Creem.

Acceptable use

You may use GG Speech for lawful, authorized recordings and content. You must respect consent, privacy, copyright, workplace, education, and recording laws that apply to you. Do not use the service to abuse, impersonate, harass, or unlawfully monitor another person.

Your content

You retain responsibility for audio, transcripts, prompts, and other content you submit. You grant GG Speech permission to process that content only as needed to provide transcription, AI outputs, synchronization, usage accounting, security, and support.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep GG Speech available, but no uninterrupted or error-free operation is guaranteed. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
